The staff was especially helpful and exceptionally helpful. The hotel has an incredible location, around a 10-15 minute walk from Palazzo Reale di Ischia.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly at all times, the spa and pools were great also
the airconditioning did no work and our room was quite small even though it was a superior standard. There is a bar near the front of the hotel which had live music at the weekend and a lot of noise.

the hotel is in an ideal location, close to a castle and the main street. Rooms are well-appointed with a good-sized bathroom and a balcony overlooking the harbor. 3. the food is outstanding! 4. the hotel provided excellent customer service during our trip.

Spa closes too early (7pm) for late arrivals, but admittedly is alredy open at 8 am..

Excellent location,central to shopping ,day trips ,ferries and buses. Front rooms with balcony have stunning outlook.rooms well maintained,reception staff extremely friendly and helpful ,excellent sunbathing facilities and good breakfast with varied and delicious choices.

Excellent location near the port and shopping & pedestrian areas. Local gastronomy just around the corner. Room with seaside view gives you permanent picture of intensive marine life. Nice sun terrace on the roof. Generally hotel is simple but clean and comfortable.
The breakfast is too small and unvaried.

The pool here is heated, which is a nice touch. the unit is spacious and well-lit, featuring a large veranda and balcony. the bathrooms are lovely, adorned with beautiful blue ceramic tiles that add a touch of elegance. 💙
